Supporting the Papuan people getting the most of themselves
Papua Barat: an exotic country of unprecedented natural beauty. Also the country where the local inhabitants, the Papuans struggle against different cultures, new religions and different people from all over the Indonesia archipelago. It is possible to raise a sustainable society out of this mix of elements, but the Papuans need some extra help. The Foundation for a Sustainable Development in Papua Barat (SDSP) helps the Papuan people building up this society.

Why the Papuan people need help

They also have no tradition or social structures to deal with the new cultures, new ideas and the new social and economical demands they have to measure up to. More

What does the SDSP?

The Foundation for a Sustainable Development in Papua Barat (SDSP) helps the original people of West Papua, with the preservation of their own identity and culture, to build up a sustainable society in which health care, education, agriculture, housing an nature conservation are organized in a efficient and effective manner. More
